Matt was very personable, friendly, informative and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made the car buying process easy.

Matt did a phenomenal job. Met us at 3 pm and drove off the lot at 5 pm.

Got in for service the same day I called. Took less than 1 hour. Very satisfied.

I wasn't greeted promptly when I pulled my car into the bay even though there were two people at the desk with no customers. I stood there waiting to be addressed. I had some concerns about my brakes and when I picked up my car I asked about the brakes and they weren't even aware that I had asked that they'd be looked at. I also asked if I needed a new air filter and they didn't even know that answer. I was not impressed

Wanted to charge me $470.00 to replace my battery. Yes it is an expensive battery, $275.00, the rest was for labor. Ridiculous. Riechers did the job for $300.37!

Taylor was our sales lady. She was very helpful, super friendly. I shopped around at two other locations. Taylor was the only salesperson to reply at Jim Trenery in Union to replay to me after I asked for help finding a work truck which is not easy to find.

Good service, only thing that could have been better if I could have had a cup of coffee the machines were empty

My oil change service went perfectly. Scott, my service advisor, always takes good care of my vehicles. The Jim Trenary Team always outperforms !
