Getting a little expensive just to get an oill change

My truck broke down and had it towed to the dealership. I talked to Katie before it got there and told me she would take care of it. Called to tell me the issue and cost. Turns out it was just a module was very happy with the prompt service and feedback from her.

Fast and efficient service at a good price

Picked up car on July 23rd. Didn’t drive it again until Sunday. Oil puddle on drive way approximately 12 inches around. Took back to dealership on Monday. they had to order another part, said it was safe to drive and they didn’t have any available loaner cars. Thursday morning the puddle was 4 feet in diameter. Drove immediately back to dealership on Thursday with photos of new puddles. Still no loaner cars available and they can’t get my car in until Monday or Tuesday, keep in mind they did get the part in the previous Tuesday but they didn’t put me on the schedule for repairs. They asked if I was worrried about oil in my driveway…. I replied I’m worried about my car!!! It is now a week later, I’m driving a 2017 car from their used car lot that I can barely get out. You would have thought they could have put me in a SUV similar to my Blazer !!!
